Business Analyst - Digital

RAKBANK is looking to hire a skilled Business Analyst who will bring in industry best practices in digital delivery, which will ensure rapid delivery of strategic initiatives. This resource will ensure that there is continuous progress on assigned initiatives to deliver on time and within budget

Responsibilities

• Documenting end user / stakeholder needs, assumptions, evaluating options, and validating recommendations address need
• Building backlogs by working with the Digital and Channels teams to specify development ready user stories
• Working with the Digital and Channels teams to define the roadmap for any given product and translate this into user stories
• Collaborating with UAT team to develop acceptance tests / criteria for user stories
• Negotiating planned changes in the form of minimum viable changes with stakeholders.
• Managing the plan and communicate status / findings
• Helping to identify potential impediments and facilitate clearing them to ensure the delivery is on time and within the budget
• Collaborating on deliverables with internal and external stakeholders
• Identifying and driving strategic initiatives focused on improving quality or efficiency of development
• Understanding and articulating diverse business needs

• Exceptional communication skills with ability to communicate with technical and non-technical teams
• Expertise in agile and lean practices with an ability to coach within and outside the team
• Ability to understand different phases of product delivery to navigate from one phase to the other effectively
