Job Description

Job Purpose: 

To manage the assigned sales targets and ensuring that the points target has been achieved. Need to ensure delivery of quality service to customers while adhering to service standards and maintaining of operational controls.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs assigned sales tasks and ensures adherence to timescales with utmost accuracy whilst providing excellent customer service and adhering to all appropriate process and procedures and enables department to achieve high performance standards without compromising on quality.
  • Builds business by identifying prospects and business opportunities through research and analysis of sales options to increase bank’s wallet share
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities to build customer loyalty
  • Maintains a sales pipe-line and prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information to ensure effective follow-up, tracking and reporting
  • Preserves quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards to deliver service excellence and ensure compliance
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks to build awareness and develop a growth mind-set
  • Provide accurate information and guide customers by servicing our customers to upkeep our positive brand image
  • Adhere to our AML guidelines, Internal Policies, Service standards and Code of Conduct to ensure compliance and reduce operational risk
  • Performs the branch tasks under supervision of the line manager to support the smooth operation of the branch. Identifies and acts on ways to improve working knowledge and skills and be a team player and to assist in the smooth operation of the department.

  • Higher Diploma (UAE National)
  • University Degree or Equivalent (Expat) 

Experience

  • 5 years’ experience in a sales role in the financial sector.
