Job Description
Job Purpose
- The incumbent will be the leader in setting the strategy for sales force automation initiatives, designing requirements for sales productivity tools, and continuously improving sales processes within Direct Sales. To leverage the salesforce platform and other technology applications to drive profitable growth and commercial productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding best practices for digital assets & process.
- Analyzing complex problems and fixing data-based solutions.
- Collaborating with employees and stakeholders to improve processes and outcomes.
- Determining strategic optimization goals with senior management.
- Preparing proposals and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
- Discussing shortcoming and opportunities for optimization with stakeholders.
- Creating and designing Motivational Tools to maintain high morale levels.
- To determine priorities, review performance and make optimization recommendations based on opportunities.
- Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively.
- Coach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.
- Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.
- Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.
- Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet the bank’s minimal set criteria.
- Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points.
- Utilizing best practices in sales management activities such as target setting, incentives/compensation strategies, and basic performance management best practices.
- Using data and technology to make better, faster and more informed decisions with familiarity automating reports, building dashboards and leveraging analytics capabilities in Salesforce to create efficiencies around building sales pipeline, client relationships and digital ennoblements embedded throughout.
- Evaluating existing workflows, structures and systems.
- Understand competition and suggest changes for products / process to improve sales.

- High level of product knowledge/skills and the ability to develop and manage product initiatives/strategies that contributes to the business goals.
- Strong awareness and knowledge of the market dynamics; ability to drive changes in the organization.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in banking business/operations function/direct sales preferably in the GCC market, with proven track record. Project handling experience is an added advantage.
