Assistant Manager - Customer Fulfilment, Business Banking (Account Opening, Profile Change & Account Maintenance)

As an Assistant Manager you will support daily business banking operations, including onboarding and customer due diligence, ensuring timely, high-quality service to maximize customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Support various customer fulfilment processes, including client onboarding, profile, and account maintenance.
• Oversee daily operations, handling documentation for account opening, profile changes, and account maintenance.
• Monitor key performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Engage in cross-skilling initiatives to enhance adaptability and continuous learning.
• Ensure compliance with banking laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage operational risks and implement mitigation solutions.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership for strategic decision-making.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving capabilities.
• Identify areas for improvement through performance metrics and implement necessary changes.

What We're Looking For 

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role and at least 3 years in banking, with independent work capability.
