Description
As an Assistant Manager you will support daily business banking operations, including onboarding and customer due diligence, ensuring timely, high-quality service to maximize customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Support various customer fulfilment processes, including client onboarding, profile, and account maintenance.
- Oversee daily operations, handling documentation for account opening, profile changes, and account maintenance.
- Monitor key performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Engage in cross-skilling initiatives to enhance adaptability and continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with banking laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage operational risks and implement mitigation solutions.

Skills
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role and at least 3 years in banking, with independent work capability.
- Project Management: Lead process improvement projects.
- Data Analysis: Analyze customer data and performance metrics.
