Alternate Channels Manager

Job Description

• Develop and oversee the marketing plan for all channels

• Implement channel campaigns in order to expand market share and pursue aggressive growth targets

• Oversee day to day channel operations both internal and external

• Understand changing and differing priorities on different channels and analyse how these can impact the business and work towards resolving the same

• Drive on-going communications between referees, converters/fulfillers including but not limited to campaigns, channel incentive programs, lead generation activities, etc.

• Develop and drive lead generation strategy ensuring quality and qualified prospects for Sales with on-going nurturing programs

• Design and implement measurements to quantify ROI from external channel tie-ups and to develop campaigns with these channel partners accordingly

• Management of Incentive programs

• Work closely with all aspects of the business to gather product and channel insights

• Utilise data to provide recommendations to drive category distribution and market share

• Explore various opportunities in market to promote products through means of various tie ups with external parties

• Signing up of MOU/agreement with various external channel partners

• Promote continuing communications between referees, converters/fulfillers including but not limited to campaigns, channel programs, lead generation activities, etc.

Skills

Education level required:

• Graduate University degree for expats/Higher Diploma or equivalent qualification for Nationals.

Professional/Technical qualifications/Diplomas :

• Banking Diploma

Experience:

• Minimum 7-9 years’ experience in a sales/service role in the financial sector.

• Extensive training in Customer Care/ Marketing/ Sales

Specialist Skills required for the Job:

• Very good knowledge of Banking procedures and policies

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Good leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Good computer skills

• Selling & Customer care skills

• In depth understanding and knowledge of the Banking Industry with the perspective of Service Levels , Customer Needs and local Legal & Commercial Regulatory Environment.

• Strong relationship management skills to interact with key stakeholders.

• Initiative and drive to achieve set service standards.
