Job Description
Responsible for performing all Chargebacks related functions within the Authorization, Dispute Resolution & Fraud Control unit in Card Operations.
1. Ensure all incoming chargeback are monitored and subsequent debits are posted on merchant account post seeking approvals
2. Ensure excessive chargeback monitoring is done on monthly basis as per VISA & MasterCard regulations
3. Supervise activities performed by the Chargeback Clerk and ensure all tasks are performed as per laid processes & guidelines
4. Ensure that efficient and quality services are delivered to both internal and external customers that meet or exceed agreed service standards
Skills
- Good knowledge of Card Systems, MasterCard & VISA chargeback related platforms.
- Average or good MS Office skills (MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Access)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
