Job Purpose :
Responsible for providing authorized users with appropriate access to service and Information, while preventing access to non-authorized users. Access Management helps to manage confidentiality, availability and integrity of data and intellectual property.
Main Responsibilities and Accountability:
- Understanding the primary functions of IT systems and network administration.
- Ensure that the security technologies, mechanisms and processes introduced into the environment are properly administered and supported.
- Analyzing and resolving all requests and incidents related to user’s access profile administration.
- Provide application security administration support to bank’s staff, ensuring response within a reasonable time frame.
- Ensure the data integrity of all System Access related information is maintained and controlled as indicated through security policies and procedures
- Handling the users-accounts security administrative activities of Windows and various bank’s applications
Skills
Education level required :
University degree or equivalent qualification preferably in Information Technology
Specialist Skills required for the Job:
- A good working knowledge of Computer software applications.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and help others learn.
- Good organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure.
