To achieve financial targets in sourcing business for Salama, Takaful Emarat and other standalone products while ensuring consistence in performance through effective team management and resource planning.
Responsibilities:
• Assist Sales Manager – Contact Centre in bringing about a planned and systematic growth in revenue generation through the existing and future network.
• Managing/Driving a team of 10 Sales Executives(includes 1 Senior Executive) towards achieving the defined revenue targets
• Prepare & submit MIS on sales as per business requirement.
• Be aware about the product offerings by the competitors, propose and implement improvements in the existing process.
• Coordinate effectively between the service and support unit and other internal units to ensure proper management of customer relationships.
• Ensure staff participation in meeting objectives for the year and make/propose changes if required, in order to sustain individual staff productivity and performance.
• Ensure all staff in the team meets the minimum benchmark as per the business requirement.
• Motivate the team for smooth functioning of the business unit
• Ensure random checks on call quality are done for Salama & Takaful Emarat along with other standalone products as and when business sourced through the sales channel and share feedback with the agent on regular basis and ensure there has been an improvement.
• Ensure error free applications are submitted with 100% accuracy.
• Ensure that all service standards of the bank are met and maintained.
• Ensure strict adherence of SLA’s / TAT’s as per the operating procedure.
Skills
Qualification :
University graduate or equivalent qualification.
Experience :
• 2-3 years of experience in a Sales environment in a team management role, preferably, from Insurance & Investment background.
