Job Purpose:
To lead the implementation of Unica Phase 2 email and SMS campaigns initiated by RAKBANK using Unica Campaign Management
Main responsibilities & Accountability:
• To ensure continued design and development of engaging and interactive user experience on rakbank.ae site and the RAKvalue section as well
• To implement all marketing activities required for rakbank.ae site and the RAKvalue section as well
• Monitor effectiveness of various Online mediums to establish a better judgment of best Online vehicles for different products.
• Review and monitor competitive products online media exposure.
• Coordination of deals between the alliances team and Content Agency for rakbank.ae site and the RAKvalue section as well
• To drive all marketing activities on social media channels like Twitter and Facebook for rakbank.ae site and the RAKvalue section as well
• To co-ordinate with the MARCOM team for online creative as per the Online Media Plan.
• To be responsible for all internal and external e-mail campaign management activities for rakbank.ae and ensure the daily emails are sent out on time and are error free
• Responsible for all internal and external e-mail campaign management activities for RAKBANK and coordinate between the 2 agencies to get the creative/HTML and send out test emailers
• To coordinate the preparation of the e-draw file and have the same uploaded for the draw to be carried out for various promotions that are carried out by the bank
Skills
Education level / Professional / Technical qualifications
• Marketing graduate
• 1-2 years of marketing/online marketing
Skills
• Good knowledge of the online media vehicles and other media related MIS reports.
• Skill set must include knowledge of Content/Email Management Systems.
• Excellent analytical skills to analyse effectiveness of the used mediums.
• Good communication skills in English
• Computer skills mainly in MS-Office, Web designing
Experience
• Prior experience in web designing, social and online media & advertising industry
Specialist Skills required for the job:
• Excellent English oral & written communication skills
• Excellent Public Relations qualities
