Opportunity Description

To assist the Head of Human Resource(Outsource) to provide effective, timely and accurate HR services to all the outsource units of RAKBANK.

Accountabilities-

• Lead and manage end to end employee services for all activities in HR Services.

• Ensure HR team has clear understanding of SLA’s of all HR activities that they are required to deliver.

• Review and rollout Policy and Procedure Manual (PPM) for BOSS and RAKTECH companies to ensure changes are communicated to HR team.

• Review regular existing HR Policy and Procedure Manual for outsource operations, and to ensure to update these policies and procedures.

• Plan and develop HR services by continually monitoring and identifying areas for improvement within the team, and put in improvement plans in line with the SLA and best practice.

• Ensure the quality data input is monitored and at most accuracy level is maintained.

• Review and update online HR forms

• Drive the overall development of HRIS System on regular basis.

• Ensure that all visa cancellations of separated employees are completed in line with the SLA and ministerial regulatory requirements.

• Manage and liaise with SQT on the Orientation/Product training and Induction on joining of all outsource employees.

• Ensure that regulatory / audit requirements are met in the outsourcing operations and that proper records are maintained.

• Process staff separation formalities, verify calculation of End of Service Benefits for resigned / terminated staff.

• Establish and maintain people information on all competitors including current compensation, policies, within the industry in U.A.E.

• Process staff End of Service Benefits and archiving gratuity reports and records.

• Work closely with Head of HR Outsource to roll out the HR Policy and Procedure Manual for outsource operations, and to assist in regular review of these policies and procedures.

• Ensure that all staff files are complete as per audit and legal / regulatory requirements at all times.

Skills

Specialist skills required for the job:

• • Communication: Explains or presents factual information to individuals or groups in a structured, clear, confident and concise way avoiding the use of jargon. Explains the reasoning being what is being said to ensure understanding and acceptance.

• Specialist Knowledge: Should possess sound knowledge of UAE labour and immigration laws. Should be experienced & thorough in implementing the same.

• Performance Review / Development: Objectively assesses the performance of others in accordance with the performance management process, assessing capabilities and potential. Gives constructive feedback/criticism in order to identify individual’s development needs. Maintains consistency and fairness throughout the process.

• Procedure and Policy: A good knowledge of the relevant policies, practices, processes and procedures in own areas of responsibility. Where appropriate will have a good knowledge of the key relevant legal, regulatory and statutory requirements, technical interpretation and the ability to provide advice thereon.
